13 February, 2023 - Taipei, Taiwan - GlacialTech Inc. launches TCP Series of Thermal Conductive Pads to enhance the heat dissipation efficiency and life-time of the heat-generating electronic components. GlacialTech TCP Series thermal conductive pads' main composition is silicone elastomer, which are applied to fill the gaps between the heating and cooling elements to reduce the temperature difference. The flexibility and elasticity make them suited to the uneven surfaces.

The TCP series includes TCP030, TCP050, TCP070, TCP080 and TCP130 which thermal conductivity (W/m-K) from 3 to 13 to meet different heat transfer efficiency requirement.
